Why do we not put schedules on the site in HTML format?

The schedules are created in Microsoft Publisher, if we try to transfer them to HTML via copy and paste we end up with it looking like the cat has done the formatting. publisher can create HTML files but these are unnecessarily large and sap bandwidth which is provided for free by webbez.com, this isn't entirely fair as there is a more efficient way to do it.

Plus it makes uploading easier for the overworked WEBMASTER
